“Communication was great. The unit was easy to access and very clean. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk into downtown. Grocery store nearby.”

“The property is located in a quiet and relatively safe area. Plenty of local attractions, shopping centers, and dining options are within walking distance. The unit is spacious and has plenty of amenities, such as free WiFi, private parking, and all the small comforts of home. There were plenty of extra towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. However, some of the spare towels were dirty from being stored under the bathroom sinks. “Centrally located to many attractions. Plenty of space. Comfy beds. Easy parking. ”

“Apartment is in a great location, short walk to the beach and pier. We found check in to be a bit more cumbersome than usual and required meeting our host at a specific time. Identifying the address of the property in advance was also difficult which made planning our itinerary more difficult. Beds were comfortable, property is well equipped. Loved the direct access to the rooftop pool area. ”

“The location of the apartment was good for our trip purpose making it quick to get there to/from LAX. The apartment layout was great, although the living room furniture for 4 adults was not very comfortable. The check in/out process was not at all easy or convenient.”

“Convenient location. Just as pictured. It can sleep 3 but the sleeper couch is not the most comfortable. It could extra blankets so that the 3rd person can actually have something to cover up with as well. Beyond that everything was great and I would most definitely opt to stay there again.”

“Guest house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in good proximity to Santa Monica activities (beach, pier, etc). Walking distance to Montana businesses including whole foods grocery, Vons and trader Joe's are a short drive away. The space itself is clean and pretty new. Has everything you need although the kitchen is fairly minimal and there are no cooking ingredients (oil, spices, etc) so bring your own but all pans pots utensils etc are provided and there's a dishwasher. The area is quiet……

“Booked this for a guy trip for my 15-year-old son and I: what a nice stay it was! Wonderful location 1 block from Palisade Park, the bed was so comfy and easy to sleep on, and the included parking made coming and going a breeze. Communication with the host was always quick and concise. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank so much!”

“A perfect place from which to explore the city. Well-supplied, comfortable and very clean apartment. Big construction site across the street didn't bother us. Noise was typical city stuff.Check-in process was a bit elaborate, with the lock box inside a pay lot which I had a little trouble finding. But management answered my call right away and helped me out, and were very responsive throughout our stay.”

“The unit was spotless upon our arrival and had everything we needed for our 6 day stay, including a highchair for when our granddaughter came to see us. The bedrooms are roomy, each with an ensuite bath and comfortable bed. The location is downtown and a quick walk to the restaurants and coffee shops we love. Will definitely book again. ”
