“We were not aware that this house is located amidst an outdoor wedding venue that includes a pond with fountain, a gazebo, a deck on the edge of the pond, and a huge yard. It is in the country but close to the places we wanted to visit - Terre Haute, West Lafayette, Center Point, the nearby covered bridges and Turkey Run State Park. It is idyllic and peaceful. We cut our sightseeing short one day to go back to this house to enjoy the porch and the view. The owner lives in another house at the……

The bathroom was very small, but clean and functional. I could tell the room had been updated, but their was still a slight damp odor from the older air conditioning system. Other areas of the hotel, like the pool, are still under repair. The breakfast was good and as expected - scrambled eggs with sausage, cereals, yogurt, muffins, bread,……
