“We have been coming to Sunday River every year for the past 15 years. We have always stayed at a resort location on the mountain, but this time we were looking for a bit more space. This past week, we had the opportunity to stay at this location and it didn’t disappoint. Unreal first impression, accommodating, clean, all the tech, and a place where we could all relax. “Very Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Great place for family with younger children. Great access area to slopes for beginners, Too small for 4 adults. Looked larger in advertised photos. Helpful to include square footage in listing.”

“We rented both the Maine House and the Country House next door for our small wedding weekend! Our family and close friends all had space to stay. The rain held off for us to do our ceremony out on the lawn, and then we went inside for dinner and dancing in the big room. It was perfect. The house has its quirks and it’s definitely a big old summer camp that could use a little maintenance, but it turned out really cute and exactly what we needed. ”
