“This was an amazing property! We had a large group with kids ranging from ages 6-15. All of the kids enjoyed this stay! Plenty of fun activities for all. Swimming at the pool was the top rated activity in our group but many also enjoyed the boating, beach area, frog catching, air hockey, ping pong, pool table, volleyball, corn hole, theater room and more. This property was clean, plenty of seating, comfortable sleeping arrangements, house was well equipped with all cooking utensils/needs. We……

“Great family vacation. The property is perfect for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. Ben is attentive and very responsive when something comes up. Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay but the pool was so much fun for all. ”

Ruth and Dennis (Owners), along with Any and Kurt (Caretakers) helped to make our weekend getaway flawless. We left with smiles on our faces because of all the hard work and money you put into that place. Thank you. Ellis Pond is a stunning body of water surrounded by beautiful mountains. Perfect place for swimming, kayaking, canoeing (which we did). It was hard to leave this morning. Can’t wait to……

“We absolutely loved 3 Peaks Cabin! House was meticulously cared for and very clean! The views especially around sunset were awesome! Very close to Mt Abraham and Sunday River plenty of things to do. Tucker and wife are superior hosts! We definitely want to book again!”

“The house was a wonderful space for our family to get together with 7 adults and 3 kids, there was room for a few more if we had wanted! We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. My only comment relative to the listing……

“Me and my partner had a great time here. I recommend getting to the property early in the day, we had arrived at night and it just would have been nice to be there longer in the day! If you are looking to go off grid and cook some food over a fire, this is the spot. We could see every star in the sky and we saw one hell of a moon rise. Thank you Gypsy Caravan!! We will be back!
