“Berlin, NH is a hidden gem near Gorham. We enjoyed our stay. The house is updated with still a feel of the history of the home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked. Thank you for everything. We would stay there again.”

“My family stayed here during our teenage kids winter break. The property is definitely dated, and has several quirks, but the location is fantastic. Pros include: super easy ski in/out access on the Roadrunner trail, spacious condo, 3 full bathrooms, and nice TVs. Cons include: limited spots to hang wet/snowy ski clothing, worn/stained carpet, outdated decor and amenities, and stiff beds. Minor annoyances include pots/pans that were badly warped, the ski locker door doesn't latch/lock, and you……

“The house was a wonderful space for our family to get together with 7 adults and 3 kids, there was room for a few more if we had wanted! We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. My only comment relative to the listing……

Nothing fancy, this standard 2 bedroom condo worked for our family of 4 (2 sets of bunk beds available in the kids room). “Our stay was perfect for us and our wedding party! We enjoyed all of it but especially the heated floors in the up stairs bathroom haha no more cold feet after a shower! “Place was great. Good views, close to south ridge, Matterhorn, etc… hot tub and sauna are a great addition. However the check out time is a little early, which would be the only negative. However it’s at the top of a hill. Bring your 4x4 or you might have a problem in the winter. ”
