“Overall I enjoyed this rental very much, however, I tried 2 beds and did not find either one comfortable for this 60 year old. The rental allowed me to spend some time by myself as my Family from RI could not make the trip up at the last minute.”

“Berlin, NH is a hidden gem near Gorham. We enjoyed our stay. The house is updated with still a feel of the history of the home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked. Thank you for everything. We would stay there again.”

“My family stayed here during our teenage kids winter break. The property is definitely dated, and has several quirks, but the location is fantastic. Pros include: super easy ski in/out access on the Roadrunner trail, spacious condo, 3 full bathrooms, and nice TVs. Cons include: limited spots to hang wet/snowy ski clothing, worn/stained carpet, outdated decor and amenities, and stiff beds. Minor annoyances include pots/pans that were badly warped, the ski locker door doesn't latch/lock, and you……

“The house was a wonderful space for our family to get together with 7 adults and 3 kids, there was room for a few more if we had wanted! We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. My only comment relative to the listing……

“Easily located off Roadrunner trail, this Brookside condo was perfect to relax in, cook dinner, shower and sleep in after a day of skiing. Nothing fancy, this standard 2 bedroom condo worked for our family of 4 (2 sets of bunk beds available in the kids room). Check-in and out was handled directly and easily with the management company.”
