“For location, I liked that the ski access was across the parking lot. For the room, the microwave and Keurig coffee maker were both broken. The bed was comfortable. The building could use an elevator. Be ready to haul your stuff up two flights of stairs. It was very affordable.”

“John’s place was great to stay in, perfect size for two people. John was very accommodating and flexible with our needs. I only gave 4 stars due to not realizing we were below another apartment, and the people above were very loud. Other than that, it was a great stay and close to everything. ”

The ski/in/out was great and the property is just far enough from the main lodge to feel like a retreat. Hot tub was very clean and was great a the end of the day of skiing. “This townhome is well appointed, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities for a family to be very comfortable for a vacation together. The location is ideal for skiers and snowboarders with nearby ski in/out access. The beds are very comfortable and the unit appears practically new with no wear and tear. All of the appliances and kitchenware are upscale, clean and the kitchen is well stocked. There is great water pressure for hot showers although the upstairs bathroom is on the small……

“As first time Sunday River visitor, this ski in ski out was perfect for our family. Everything is out your door, ski down the hill to a lift, locker for all skis, hot tub/pool was a hit for our kids. Clean condo, great spot”
