“Jim's house was wonderful for our weekend ski trip. We had about 10 people staying in the house and we were all able to sleep comfortably, with lots of extra room. The kitchen was large and perfect for cooking for a large number of people. The hottub was also great after a long day on the ski slopes. There were lots of towels and linens available. The house is about 15 minutes away from both Sunday River and Mount Abram and about 8 minutes from Bethel. It's a great location and Jim was a great……

“Just what we were were looking for. 6 adults and two grandsons(5 and 13) and two granddaughters(10 month old twins) had plenty of room. Beautiful log cabin with great mountain view. Hot tub was nice. ”

“Place was great. Good views, close to south ridge, Matterhorn, etc… hot tub and sauna are a great addition. However the check out time is a little early, which would be the only negative. However it’s at the top of a hill. Bring your 4x4 or you might have a problem in the winter. ”

“We enjoyed our weekend in Bethel while celebrating my sister’s 25th wedding anniversary. The space is perfect for larger family gatherings. We were a total of 5 couples and a couple young adult children along with 4 fur pets and the space allows for privacy as well. We enjoyed the day at Sunday River hiking through some of the trails and taking the scenic chair lift up the mountain. We can’t say enough about how universal the property is. “The location was perfect, just a few minutes to various Sunday River lifts and the house is brand new. We loved curling up in front of the gas fireplace at night and also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and fire pit. The host was quick to respond to any questions and we would definitely come back. ”

“Nicely furnished and super clean property. Tons of room and the layout effectively uses all the space nicely allowing for lots of sleeping and bathroom options. 3 families fit perfectly! Outdoor amenities are situated well on the property too.We have visited other properties where you have to provide so much or shop after you arrive to buy those fill in essentials to get you by. It was a nice surprise that so many items were provided for already, and when clever personal touches like hot cocoa……
