“Had a lovely stay at Happy Trails with a group of about 10 friends for a long weekend of skiing. The house is fantastic - very spacious and can fit far more than 10 adults. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. The hot tub was a lovely way to end each long day of skiing. Plenty of towels provided. “We traveled with three families over New Years. Plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked, and hot tub was nice. Very close to Sunday River. I would recommend.Sunday River area is a little bit of a food desert. All produce was sold out from the local grocers. If you really want something in particular, you should probably bring it.The Igloo at Sunday River was really fun to have a drink at. Sunday River Brew Company close to the house was a good spot to visit. ”

“We have stayed at a ton of vacation homes over the years and this one is by far the nicest. It helps that it's brand new but it was just really well designed and well stocked. They thought of all the details like period products in the bathrooms and towels for the hot tub. They even have full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every shower. The location was amazing as well. It's a straight quick 10 minutes to Sunday River. The kids had a great time with the games in the basement and the……
