“We stayed here as a group of 9 friends for a ski weekend and this place was absolutely perfect for us. The house was extremely clean and a great size for our group. We loved the hot tub, living room setup and games in the house. Sunday River is only a 12 minute drive from the house. Trevor, the host, was wonderfully communicative and our check-in and check-out processes were very easy. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“I booked this trip to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary with my siblings and all their family members. Communication with the owner was very responsive. The house was everything I expected plus some. I really enjoyed the ambiance at night with the lighting around the back porch and the fire pit. My only regret or complaint was that we booked in June. I wish it was winter so we could have enjoyed the local ski resort. If we ever get the chance to go back to Bethel, we will stay here……

“Our family enjoyed a 4 day stay at this place for a ski vacation. It's a house with no luxuries, just the basic that you need for an extended stay. Beds were comfortable, which is what I care most about. It has a garage, which is convenient. Mark was very responsive and accommodating. Nice place to stay overall.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in the summertime. The area was so quiet and peaceful; almost no traffic. The house was very clean and “modern”. Decorated nicely. There wasn’t much in the kitchen to help with cooking but that was fine because we were attending a wedding. Even though it says it sleeps 8-10, it’s really only comfortable for 2 couples (4-5 adults) and the rest children because the double couch sofa and trundle bed were not very comfortable at all. Regardless, we definitely enjoyed our……

“Great place for a few friend's or a family of 4 . We went to sunday river for a quick snowboarding trip. The yurt was conveniently close to the mountain and town. If you can get past the shared outhouse and bath house, which in fact was very nice and heated, this is a great choice.”
