From the moment we booked, Diana was highly communicative to ensure we were prepared for our stay and had all necessary details, including extra details about things going on in the area. “The house was a wonderful space for our family to get together with 7 adults and 3 kids, there was room for a few more if we had wanted! We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. My only comment relative to the listing……

“The pond itself was clean, warm and quiet. At times it felt like we had the entire pond to ourselves. The cabin was clean, spacious and accommodating as it had many modern necessities (washer/dryer, dishwasher etc) mixed with a rustic feel. The host was quick to respond to questions throughout the booking and the stay.We would definitely stay here again!”

“Berlin, NH is a hidden gem near Gorham. We enjoyed our stay. The house is updated with still a feel of the history of the home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked. Thank you for everything. We would stay there again.”

“Overall we had a great time. The home fit our needs and was great base for our weekend away. We would happily return again. The bad. The cleaning left a fair bit to be desired. The A/Cs had tons of black mildew in the vents and needed to be cleaned. Additional the tub had a layer of scum and dog hair in it. The biggest let down though was the '4' bedrooms. Two of the rooms were an oddly shaped room with a curtain as a divider. It offered no privacy between the 'rooms' and allowed light and……
