“Easily located off Roadrunner trail, this Brookside condo was perfect to relax in, cook dinner, shower and sleep in after a day of skiing. Nothing fancy, this standard 2 bedroom condo worked for our family of 4 (2 sets of bunk beds available in the kids room). Check-in and out was handled directly and easily with the management company.”

“The house was AMAZING! Had a wonderful time We had a pretty big group and the house was comfortable enough for all of us including kids and a dog. Did not feel crowded at all. Hosts were wonderful, very accommodating with late check out and asking if we need anything. The views from the house are spectacular, you dont need to go out at all honestly, you would have a good time just enjoying the house amenities and the views, def worth the drive from NY”

“The property was absolutely perfect for our group. My oldest daughter, her husband and their two kids, eight and 10. They stayed downstairs outside of the game room and absolutely loved it. Three of my other children and their spouses each had their own rooms. The house is warm and cozy. The gas fireplace places were authentic and threw off great heat. The outside gas fire pit was a big hit. We bundled up in blankets and sat around One night while the men had cigars. The trip to the mountain……

“We stayed for a week over spring break for some spring skiing. The house is amazing - spacious, clean and well equipped. The grill must have been replaced bc previous reviews said it was an issue. My husband used it twice with no issue. The oven needs to be replaced. We made the best of it, but it wouldn’t get to temperature and was very finicky. Locks on several exterior doors are not functional. It’s a very secluded place so it didn’t feel like an issue but would be an easy remedy. ”

“We were so lucky to find this home for our vacation. The views were gorgeous and on sunny days,after skiing, the beautiful deck was the perfect place to spend time with friends and family. The house was in perfect condition and had everything we needed to have a vacation space EVERYONE was happy with. Every room was spacious and the kitchen provided everything we needed to cook some family style meals. We would definitely go back to this gem!”

“First off, so there is no confusion, we loved our time at the house, on the property, overall great. A couple things definitely would want to convey. If you’re going in the winter and there is snow, the house is truly in the woods, and a 4 Wheel Drive vehicle was very necessary. ”

“Jim's house was wonderful for our weekend ski trip. We had about 10 people staying in the house and we were all able to sleep comfortably, with lots of extra room. The kitchen was large and perfect for cooking for a large number of people. The hottub was also great after a long day on the ski slopes. There were lots of towels and linens available. The house is about 15 minutes away from both Sunday River and Mount Abram and about 8 minutes from Bethel. It's a great location and Jim was a great……

“Just what we were were looking for. 6 adults and two grandsons(5 and 13) and two granddaughters(10 month old twins) had plenty of room. Beautiful log cabin with great mountain view. Hot tub was nice. ”

“Place was great. Good views, close to south ridge, Matterhorn, etc… hot tub and sauna are a great addition. However the check out time is a little early, which would be the only negative. However it’s at the top of a hill. Bring your 4x4 or you might have a problem in the winter. ”

“We enjoyed our weekend in Bethel while celebrating my sister’s 25th wedding anniversary. The space is perfect for larger family gatherings. We were a total of 5 couples and a couple young adult children along with 4 fur pets and the space allows for privacy as well. We enjoyed the day at Sunday River hiking through some of the trails and taking the scenic chair lift up the mountain. We can’t say enough about how universal the property is.
