“It was such a pleasure stay! We were staying with connecting rooms - newly refurnished, nice and clean! The bed was super comfortable ! The waterfront view looking out from the window was a bonus! The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful - offloaded our luggage’s & delivered them to our rooms straight before we got in the rooms! Will definitely come back!”

“The room was nice, clean and spacious. The service and amenities were fantastic. The view was of a carpark and other buildings, making the room quite dark which made it a little depressing to spend a lot of time in. ”

“Called the night before arr to book a car park..the night manager said that he penciled me down for the last car park (20 nzd per night). Arr the next day, after 4 hours of driving.. the receptionist said the car park was fully booked and my name wasn't on the list. Was not happy abt this experience at all.. There were little pieces of rubbish on the bathroom floor when we enter the room. However, the breakfast was good.”

“The bedding was clean and they provided soap and 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner towels and a bathmat. The only downside was no facecloth or handtowel. And the milk that had been left in the fridge wasn't any good because the power switch was off. The room was a lil noisy koz of like a air extracter going 24-7 but other then that we didnt find it bad. Its great due to affordability. ”

“Everything about this was excellent and I would stay here again, the check in process however needs work it appears a trainee was on duty without adequate oversight it would have been helpful if the person had been wearing a Trainee badge for client understanding ”

“Location is super central for walking to most things on Lambton Quay or the waterfront. The gym is a little lack lustre. Room was neat tidy and clean but not luxurious, but you're not paying luxury prices. ”
