“Amazing views, nice private beach and not a lot of people which makes it relaxing. Getting to the place is a bit rough; need to drive around 10km of dirt road. I understand the eco thing going on but, very little privacy in the rooms and extremely noisy at night and in the morning due to the insects and birds. Staff is very friendly!”

“ We celebrated my husbands 80th birthday in San Juan delSur. His 8 siblings and extended family and friends , a group of 25, stayed in condos close by CASA 72.CASA 72 was the perfect location forthe 9 of us as we were footsteps from the beach and restaurants. It was conveniently located to various shuttle services so day trips to zip lining, beaches,OmeTepe, Grenada etc.Luis and his wife welcomed us back home every time. They took such great care of us and were always quick to offer any help……

“We came to visit the sea house in April, the weather was warm and dry and perfect for beach, surf, fun. We were 3 adults who love to bird watch, hike, surf, swim, bike, climb, sit, read, and enjoy nature. This place was perfect. The onsite staff is lovely and always ready to help or answer a question. We cooked in that beautiful kitchen many mornings and nights and just enjoyed sitting outside to eat and wind down for the night. Beds were extremely comfortable and it’s nice each bedroom had a……
