“Overall the property was nice, great locaqtion being very close to the beach, and very large house with more than enough bathrooms for everyone. Only downfall is it didn't have very many amenities, such as no coffee filters to brew coffee, no seasonings for cooking, no board games of even cards. ”

My only critique would be listed as eight bedrooms. The eighth bedroom is not really a bedroom. It’s more like a closet with twin beds because you can only have privacy via a curtain. We were traveling with a large group of adults only and mostly couples so that was a issue, but everything else was……

“We loved this location, I don't know if there is a better spot to enjoy the beach than this one. My grandkids and I spent three days at this wonderful property. The property is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The amenities offered by the host were outstanding. My family and I would gladly book this location again. ”

“Can't rave enough about this home and the management company! We made a last minute reservation for our family and the management company went out of their way to make it seamless. The house was more than big enough to spread out for our large group, thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, the golf cart made traversing 30A fun and a breeze, just enough off the 'beaten path' to be peaceful....SO much to love. Lots of great memories made and already talking about our 2025 trip!”

“This was a great place to stay. The house was large and had more than enough room to accommodate our party of 10. Having the golf cart and beach chairs available on site was a great added value! It was just about a fun 2 minute golf card ride to the beach entry and walking was definitely an option. Would 100% stay there again!”

“Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. The condo was comfy but definitely needs some repairs/updating. Sink faucet was very loose, missing baseboards, lots of little things to make it……
