“Great location! During our two day stay, there were multiple families walking, riding bikes, and scootering together. We felt very safe in our location. I was a little disappointed that the yard was in no way mowed, but it didn't hurt our stay at all. The inside of the house was clean and put together. There are instructions and information posted throughout the house, which was super helpful. There was not a broom to sweep before leaving, but we just tidied up the best we could without……

“SunDestin is our favorite place to stay and this unit was beautiful! The view from the balconies was absolutely gorgeous, the space was perfect for our family, the location was so close to everything, and the beach access is so amazing too! ”

“We loved the size and space and how everyone wasn’t all on each other. The drive to restaurants and beach is just perfect . Our most favorite part was the late night bike riding and the bar . Overall it’s a great stay I highly recommend this property and will be coming back. ”

“We come to Destin every year, and our normal property was closed for renovations this year. We booked at St. Tropez, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The home is gorgeous and spacious. The neighborhood is clean and convenient. The pool was amazing. We had a wonderful time, and we’d absolutely stay there again! ”

“Our stay here was great! The property was exactly as depicted in the photos. All bedrooms were downstairs in a long hallway, which actually made nap times and bed times easier for everyone. Upstairs was the kitchen and living area, and we all loved going up there and spending time together. The property manager was very responsive the few times I had to reach out (late checkout related). I did notice underneath the beds hadn’t been cleaned before our stay. I think the cleaning people may have……

“I don’t recall the listing noting that to heat the pool/hot tub cost 70/night plus tax. So we weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub. Water filter in refrigerate was expired. Rest of the stay was nice. ”

“The condo is great, lots of stairs, though. The return air duct on the 2nd floor is really dirty, which is the only reason I gave it a 4 * on cleanliness. The rest of the condo was great. Walkable to the beach, or use golf cart. Beds were comfortable, lots of storage, huge master bath. Kid’s bunk beds are on the ground floor which may not be convenient with little ones. Large tv in every bedroom and separate ac on each floor. The management company is very responsive and helps with everything……
