“From the moment my girls and I arrived at this charming beach house, we were completely smitten! The home is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm. The location is unbeatable. We were steps from Camp Watercolor and the amazing Watercolor Trolley (free!) took us quickly to the beach! We rode our bikes to Seaside every evening and were just a short bike ride to the grocery store, coffee shop and pizza.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We left feeling refreshed,……

“Close to the beach, well maintained, and had basics so we didn't have to worry about soap, shampoo, toilet paper. Has beach chairs/umbrellas. Owner was very responsive to questions. Only recommendation is it would be nice to have beach towels, travel glasses/tumblers for the beach, cooler for the beach, and food storage items (containers, ziplocks, foil, etc.) but not a deal breaker just nice to have. ”

“Great location - loved that I could walk to the beach and to several restaurants. Super close to next door Grayton Beach and all of the other 30A beaches. The condo is lovely, very clean, and larger than I expected. I will definitely go back!!”
