“This was our 2nd time to this property. On clear days you can see the ocean and watch the marine layer roll in. The views are breathtaking. Sunsets, awe inspiring. Stargazing, incredible. We spent many hours under the night sky this trip. Many skunks were out this time and our dog narrowly avoided getting sprayed, but that’s nature for you. Thank you Sharon for offering this gem for others to enjoy. We will be back. ”

“We love this beach house and its location. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here in Dillon Beach. This house is so comfortable and quiet. The surf was good both days and got some perfect waves. “My husband and I stayed here with my parents for the weekend and had a great visit. It acted as a great home base for exploring Guerneville, Armstrong Redwoods, local wine tastings, and the Jenner headlands! The hot tub, projector, fireplace, record player, and finishings made the place feel so cozy and put together. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! ”

“My dog and I had a wonderful 2 months at this beautiful cottage. Hot tub was wonderful, location amazing and private. All communications were accurate and prompt. Relaxation and time to experience this area was the goal and it was more than I could have imagined. You will enjoy. ”

“Foxkit cottage was very welcoming, relaxing, and perfectly curated to be both beautiful and comfortable. The hosts thought of everything that would be needed to make this little oasis a home away from home. Now, the total showstopper was having the majestic ocean as the backdrop to such a lovely home. We could not get enough of the sound of the crashing waves, and the hot tub…icing on the cake! We had an absolutely wonderful time connecting as a family. We definitely plan to book again. ”

Wonderful site, a few tweaks would make it amazing

"We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. The hotel facilities, which included a small pool, hot tub, gym, spa and a bocce ball court, overlooking the coast. The quality and tastes of the food was average at best. We enjoyed some “happy hour” snacks and breakfast on-site. Overall, the food was a bit bland and a touch too salty. The view from the restaurants was spectacular nonetheless. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to the area and this facility."
