“Perfect stay!! The home was immaculate and well appointed. The kitchen had everything one would need. The bed was very comfortable. The fenced-in courtyard was delightful. But the best part, an incredible view overlooking Wright's Beach and a very short, easy, couple minute walk to access the beach.”

“The five of us really enjoyed our stay. The property is wonderful and well stocked. We were surprised to have the hot tub maintenance person show up one day around 8am, but otherwise it was an extremely peaceful and private spot. Would stay there again! ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Old Timer. What a cozy and relaxing treasure of a house. The deck looking over the river was so relaxing and peaceful. The fireplace was a beautiful element that made the evenings so cozy. The entire space was spotlessly clean, and the space was just as it looked in the photos, with the comfiest couch to lounge on. I would definitely return in the future and recommend to others. ”

“Nice view, can walk to beach, especially liked the hose next to front door making it easy to wash off sand before coming into house. Well stocked kitchen, comfy living room. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy and the kitchen was convenient. I highly recommend kayaking on the Russian River. We had a fantastic tour guide and there were very few people around so we got to enjoy the wildlife. Being from Wisconsin, we have always poked fun at the California Happy Cow commercials. It turns out that the cows in Sonoma County do appear happy. I can't yet vouch for the rest of your beautiful state.”

“Went for an anniversary trip - the place was very accommodating and eclectic. Would have been nice to have instructions for the wall air conditioners and sauna, but we finally figured it out. The location was good - walking around Monte Rio and so close to Guernville, the ocean and the river! The Amenities were great - washer/dryer, dish washer, the decks. Very comfy”

“Love Monte Rio Tree house great location, great hot tub, so close to Monte Rio public beach for enjoying the River. Spent a great day at Riverelectric swim club. So fun. This house has a lot of stairs, very well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We will be back. ”
