“We planned and reserved his trip a few months in advance. We had lots of down time (5 days) to spend at this location due to the nature of our visit. One of the features that we hoped to use was the pool. Unfortunately, it was under renovation. Even though it was a main reason to stay here, we were never told it would be closed.
