“This property was everything we expected. The in-house chef with breakfast every morning was amazing. It was such a treat! She stays in her own place and you don't even notice she's there but she appears with a wonderful breakfast at your preferred time. We even paid extra for her to make dinner the night we arrived which was absolutely delicious. The ocean view here has spoiled me. You can also see it from 3 of the bedrooms. The only thing we wished for was access to the beach from this……

“Casa Pacifica was the destination for a family gathering for members from Florida, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, ages 2 and a half to 74. Hours were spent to gether enjoying the beautiful pool and backyard area. It gave us the opportunity to watch our grandson experience jumping and splashing with his uncles, who enjoyed helping him learn how to "go under". Then there was the wildlife! “We as a family of four spent eight days at the property beginning of August '25 (wet season) and enjoyed every day. The location was great being in the middle of Samara with a simple three-minute walk to the beach. The ice cream parlour across the road was a hit with the girls. You are spoilt for restaurants which can and do cater from breakfast to evening dinner. Accommodation was clean and functional with ample room. “Reserva de Golf neighborhood was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Costa Rica. The neighborhood was full of wildlife and the most beautiful landscaping. The house we stayed in was functional and beautifully designed to accommodate a larger family. The cleaning service was so valuable and they took such good care of us. They even swapped out the floral arrangements daily with flowers and plants from around the property. There was a large platter of fresh fruit waiting for us……

“The listing title says it all - and they are right!! Best view of Samara hands down. What an amazing and fun stay we had. Listing is pretty much 100% spot on for what we got when we arrived. Easy walk down to the beach and town. Loved having the boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. If you do come to stay also check out Playa Carillo which is only a 5-10 minute drive past here. GORGEOUS beach with nothing on it but palm trees. We would absolutely stay here again. Also kudos to the security……

“Beautiful house, very spacious with plenty of room for a family of 4. We could have brought several more kids with us! Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beach. Our only very minor issue was the need for warmer linens on the beds. The blankets were thin and we doubled them up and were fine. Vacation Nosara was very communicative and helpful with booking excursions and answering questions. Highly recommend this property! ”

“Casa Loca was perfect for our family. Our three adult children and their spouses and our grandchildren (ages 3 and 1) joined us for a fabulous week during the “rainy season” (we only had rain at night! ). The house is very spacious and comfortable with many areas to sit and enjoy watching the surf of Playa Negra. Our grandkids loved the playing pool. We enjoyed walking down to Playa Negra and also Playa Avellanas, a short drive away, and also home of Lola’s, great beachside restaurant. We……
