“We enjoyed our stay at this historic hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice. The breakfast and restaurant were good and staff were keen to help. If I had a criticism it is that service can at times be slow despite there being lots of staff around. ”

“The services was pathetic. Most of the area was booked for private parties so we couldn't go anywhere. It was like staying in a hotel and not resort. Also, during checkout they took more amount from us. When I checked it, and asked for a refund, they said they have initiated the refund. But I never got it back. They are just thiefs who show you the correct bill. But in final bill which they don't show you they add many bills twice.”

“Nice Location. I stayed for 2 days and had wonderful experience with respect to room service and Restaurant. Travel to the resort in the rocky road is not that great. Would recommend this Resort only if the roads are laid.”

“Not good. Rooms were two small. Though in the confirmation letter it was promised to provide one double bed and one single bed in the room, on first night no single bed was provided. One guest had to sleep on the floor. ”

“They said will serve food to room but it was not done by them while ordering becasuse restaurant is rush.”

“We had the best experience staying at the Kings Cliff. The property is located in the hills with a fantastic view on the valley. The rooms are beautiful, clean and cosy, equipped with a chimney that was fired up every night. The restaurant serves good food and is a nice location to dine. The Kings Cliff has a very friendly and professional personal. We felt welcomed and always helped here. The housekeeper, Shekar, was very attentive, friendly and reliable. It was a pleasure having him around!……
