“First of all, it was disappointing. Despite having booking confirmation after reaching the hotel at check in time 0200PM , we were told that there was a technical error due to which the rooms are not available and we were asked to check in at another club mahindra property"Derby green". On reaching Derby green, we were asked to pay for additional charges for child. But during booking on HOTELS.com the child was taken into account and charges paid for all three persons. “A great escape with great service. A bit out of town away from the noisy traffic, set in gorgeous surroundings. The room was very large and clean and beds were comfortable. Felt like 5 star. The bar and food options were good. Altogether a great stay where our every need was met.”

“We have been staying consecutive years. This is one of the pocket friendly nicest play to stay in Ooty.”

“The services was pathetic. Most of the area was booked for private parties so we couldn't go anywhere. It was like staying in a hotel and not resort. Also, during checkout they took more amount from us. When I checked it, and asked for a refund, they said they have initiated the refund. But I never got it back. They are just thiefs who show you the correct bill. But in final bill which they don't show you they add many bills twice.”
