He answered all of our questions thoroughly, ensuring that we felt comfortable and fully informed. Johnny’s hospitality truly made a difference, and his attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. “Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. We went with one of Leah's suggestions for catering for 2 different nights and were not disappointed - would definitely use……

“The lake is beautiful and provides activities, the goats are very cute, the house was clean and comfortable, with A/C, plenty of hot water and water pressure for showers, and space for our things. Just what we wanted for a family long weekend with 3 generations. The owners were very responsive. The deck is in desperate need of a coat of paint and some other maintenance though - hopefully the owners can do some upkeep on the outdoor space soon. ”

My son immediately set off to fish the Delaware at the bottle of the yard and hooked a nice brown…great way to start the vacation. The location is excellent…a short walk into town for restaurants, groceries etc. Overall a nice property!”
