“Idk how to review this one. Pictures don't show how this place really looks from the outside. It's not taken care of. But inside it's ok. They are wonderful communicaters, lovely accomodations, cute gifts. Kitchen is small bathroom is run down upstairs is a cute place but it's all old. But it worked because I didn't actually need to hang out there. ”

“Host had great communication. We didn't stay at the original place booked but host was able to get us in a different one asap. It was ready when we arrived. Not the best neighborhood but it worked for what we needed. ”

“Met brother and sister in law for weekend. Apartment was nice, only let down was the warmth. There was no ac and being on the 3rd floor, it was hot. They did supply a portable ac unit that we used in the master bedroom, and purchased a stand up oscillating fan to share the cooler air into the living and 2nd bedroom. Not sure how it would be in the winter.”

“The location was convenient for what we came to do in Binghamton. It is near the highway but still has a quiet feel. It is very private despite being attached to the main house. Extremely clean and attractively decorated. Host was responsive but not intrusive. Great stay!”

“Very disappointed. No picture of the front of the house was very misleading. Parking spot was not as described. I do not recommend this house.”

“The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. The place could utilize some updates but it’s worth the price to stay if you were by yourself. The landlord……

“Liz and George are amazing hosts! (We also love Elvis the dog and Calli the cat!) Everything was as described and the art decorating the home, all crafted by Liz, was beautiful. The bed was super comfy! There were so many things to do nesrby including a farmers market, antique shops and great mom and pop shops. We made new friends with our hosts and 100% recommend this listing. We will be back!!!!”
