“The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We cooked at the chalet twice and walked to dinner nearby at some very yummy restaurants. This place is better than advertised. The concierge is very helpful and even left us……

“非常好的选择。位置超方便，就在Hirafu的中心，去SeicoMart三分钟，登山轩拉面一分钟。酒店有提供免费的接驳车，可以去滑雪场，完全不需要Ski in Ski out的酒店了。而且还有免费去Kuchan超市的车，自己买回来做饭很好。不过价格有点贵。”

“The service was a nightmare. I requested for a late checkout at check-in and the staff told me that he will arrange and let me know. During my three night stays, no one contact me with with regards to my request.
