“Definitely enjoy a perfect onsen experience here, the hotel provide shuttle bus service anytime and all the staff are polite and helpful, the environment is great and the public bath and the rest zone are very good and surprised me ! A lot of free ice cream and fruits , there a massage sofa too! Really amazing experience here!!!!! The breakfast and dinner really make me feel amazing !!!! Strongly recommend!!!!”
“In the male onsen room, the Korean customers stole my towel which placed on my basket. These customers so noisy and use mobile phone in the onsen changing room but no staff stop them. It makes me feel so frustrated in the onsen room.”
“This is a hostel, thus the toilet is shared with others. The room is like my bed room, but I like it! This give me the home feeling. The staff is so kind and helpful, I remembered that day the weather was so cold, the staff noticed and gave me a cup of hot tea. That’s so considerate.”
“Enjoyed the onsens so much here. The restaurant service was great, food was great and the staff were so friendly with our little boy.(thank you for your patience and smile!) The Japanese style room was cozy and not humid at all. We were lucky that it snowed a few times during our stay. Waking up to a beautiful snowing view outside the window was amazing.
