“Property and room was very clean. I have stayed here in the past a few times. Tho the property and room was was really clean it probably time for some updates. My last stay was 8 years agaoa and nothing has changed. My only real complaint was the bed...bed wasn't very comfortable. We stayed 3 nights. But we would stay again just because it was very clean”

“I travel for work and the quality of the bed is a huge component along with the customer service aspect. Check in was lovely. Great front desk service. The room was lovely with two queen size beds. However, in one of the Queen beds, there were food particles. Depending on how management addresses this concern brought to their attention just before I was about to retire will determine my future patronage to this facility. ”

“Craguns has been around for a long time. The buildings are outdated but clean and well maintained. All staff, both front desk and in the restaurants were great. Very friendly and helpful.”
