“We stayed over the 4th with a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) and had a blast! The guys fished every morning and they caught something each day! We kayaked, played in the river, enjoyed the firepit, and explored downtown Seguin and the Riverwalk. The kids also enjoyed the amusement park close-by. The house feels secluded yet close to shopping. The house was stocked and had tons of toys, bikes, puzzles, and river gear to use. I appreciate how attentive and kind the homeowner was as well. We……

“The property was beautiful. Me and a few a my family members came in town to attend my son's graduation from TLU. This an excellent choice for a group who wants a nice relaxing getaway.”

“This was the perfect place for a big group. We had 4 kids that played the ultimate game of hide and seek in the main house. We wished the water had been higher to the dock like the picture. But it was high enough to swim a little farther to the right. The guest house was great for all the older parents. ”

The 3 car garage was a bonus room with seating, ping pong table, extra refrigerator, and full bath. “Came for a wedding and needed a place that could accommodate people coming and going over the weekend. Home was perfect for family get together and the kids loved the pool. Home was equipped with enough basic supplies that very little was needed other than food. They were also very responsive to any messages as well. Very much enjoyed the stay. ”
