“We stayed over the 4th with a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) and had a blast! The guys fished every morning and they caught something each day! We kayaked, played in the river, enjoyed the firepit, and explored downtown Seguin and the Riverwalk. The kids also enjoyed the amusement park close-by. “The property was beautiful. Me and a few a my family members came in town to attend my son's graduation from TLU. This an excellent choice for a group who wants a nice relaxing getaway.”

“This was the perfect place for a big group. We had 4 kids that played the ultimate game of hide and seek in the main house. We wished the water had been higher to the dock like the picture. But it was high enough to swim a little farther to the right. The guest house was great for all the older parents. ”

“We rented this location for our softball team, and it was definitely worth it. It was spacious with many rooms and plenty of space inside and outside to accommodate all of us. The kitchen area has two large tables to accommodate large parties comfortably and the A/C for this Texas weather was great.
