“Very relaxing rooms. The restaurant was limited for some food choices on the menu. Would have liked to see staff in the pool area as the evening pool side was loud, vaping (which is not allowed), lots of language by drinking adults in front of children. We were unable to enjoy evening around the pool. ”

“预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。”

“Just a minor thing. The clothes hanger rack in unit 5 needs to be fixed. the rod is not secure and it keeps falling off. I didn't have time to mention it on my way out. A/c unit is noisy but the room was clean and the bed comfortable.”

“It's unusual that you could only check in between 3-5 p.m., which could be inconvenient for travelers. Fan/air conditioner in one of the rooms around us was so noisy we had difficulty sleeping. Light in the bathroom popped and we were left with a tiny bit of flickering light (which isn't their fault because no one can predict when that will happen) but we did advise the motel so it could be fixed. However, despite that, the room/bedding/towels etc. were clean and the rate was reasonable. ”
