“预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。”

“We had a two bedroom suite. Spacious, clean, full kitchen was great to cook (grocery store walking distance). Friendly staff. Great location on waterfront and in town to wander through shops. ”

“Lake views with very clean modern rooms. We had a room in the front 2nd floor, with a view of the lake across the street. There are also ground level rooms in the back that open out to the hotels private beach area at the lake on the back of the property. The one dissapointment was their main restaurant was closed on the day we were there, and the 2nd restaurant at the attached marina was gone. We did find a good option for dinner within walking distance though, and the main resturaunt was open……
