“Good location! Room is clean.”

“酒店很好，但早上离开时，前台的女服务员服务不太热情。早餐太糟糕，几乎没东西可吃。另外想要一份纯英文打印出来的住宿发票也没有，让自己打印，这跟其他订够酒店平台比，太不方便了。”

“预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。”

“Very relaxing rooms. The restaurant was limited for some food choices on the menu. Would have liked to see staff in the pool area as the evening pool side was loud, vaping (which is not allowed), lots of language by drinking adults in front of children. We were unable to enjoy evening around the pool. ”
