“Great Bella Vista home. 3 couple stayed together. Very clean. Nicely updated. Plenty of supplies available. Bit of a climb back up from the lake, but well worth it. Wonderful, peaceful stay. ”

“House was amazing. Even though we had 14 of us there it never felt cramped. Plenty of space in all the rooms and downstairs. Host was super attentive to any questions we had. Can’t wait to stay there again.”

“The place is great. Just a little far out of town. That’s not a deal breaker for us though. No batteries in the tv remotes in two bedrooms. Had some batteries for one of the two in the truck though. No big deal. It happens. Had to try different variations on the WiFi password. The one listed was not accurate. Overall it was a good experience. The place was very clean and good water pressure. No coffee though. Hot chocolate, tea and creamer. No coffee. Thanks for the stay. ”

“We had an excellent experience during our stay! The unit was beautiful, clean and included everything we needed during for our stay. The location of the unit was perfect! It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The host, Monty, was amazing!!! “The house was great , near many things to do The only negative was that the kayaks were not left in very accessible shape they were filled with water dirt and spiders,,had a hard time getting them down to the water to use them ”

“We had a great end of summer stay here. The hosts were great. We really enjoyed the snacks and fresh produce they left for us when we arrived. Our kids loved swimming in the lake and using the lake toys that were provided!”

“This was a great spot to stay in while we were in town for Bentonville Bike Fest. The location was amazing - so close to the square, great area for biking, running, walking. It was on the corner of a road but still felt safe and quiet. Only thing we didn't love about the property was the oven. It was way too finicky and felt a bit unsafe to use. Instructions could have used a diagram to make it a bit clearer. Only one burner worked at a time and it took a bit of finagling the first few uses.……
