“It was a pleasant stay. Our room was very clean and the staff were helpful with any needs that we had. The manager went above and beyond to help with any issues we had. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others staying in the area.”

“A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!”

“It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.”
