“What a wonderful place to stay! It was conveniently located across the street from the beach, marina and cruises, near a number of local restaurants, and across the street from the local park. The accommodations were clean and well appointed. Communications were very good and Carolyn was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The check in and check out process was easy. Plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play, two bedrooms, two baths, great living room with an additional seating area with a spectacular view of the reservoir while sipping morning coffee. Clean and all the comforts of home. The owner could not be nicer! Just a 7 min drive to downtown Newport. Close to beaches and the cliff walk. Highly recommend!”
