“This motel is in the historical district of Bedford. This is the only place ever, i was shown available rooms, and got to choose. The rooms were clean and inexpensive. The rooms had a refrigerator and a microwave. The bed seems comfortable. The man that checked me in today was very helpful and kind.”

“What a wonderfull little place. It was just perfect. Private, quiet, just perfect. It was a birders paradise. There are trails to walk through the woods. Would definitely be great place in the fall or spring to see the bird migration. We got engaged on our last day before leaving out on the pier. It was perfect. The host was amazing and easy to contact. ”

“I have stayed in many Vrbo properties and this was hands down the most amazing experience I have had with a stay. Theresa and Don were fantastic hosts, they thought of every detail and were absolutely wonderful in making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The property is absolutely beautiful and the house if cozy, welcoming, and warm. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and we will most definitely be staying again.”

“Check in/check out process was super easy. We had everything we needed, except for trash bags, which we were able to get from the office. All linens, dishes, silverware, pots and pans were provided. There is a stove, but no oven. I’d advise against buying food from the convenience store down the road from the campground, but if you do, check the expiration dates on everything. I’d definitely check out Lake Monroe. It is stunning! We will definitely be back. My only complaint is the mattress is……
