“The bungalow was a perfect spot for us to stay for a short girls trip. The beds were comfortable and the place is decorated nicely. The hot tub never was able to get above 96’ so unfortunately that wasn’t quite what we hoped for. The place was overall clean. Personally, we didn’t love some of the long shaggy rugs especially coming from the hot tub entrance because they felt kinda yucky and probably not clean. Might be good to replace with a flat rug that can be cleaned occasionally. Overall……

“Location is superb, walking distance to the entire shopping strip. Bed was comfortable. Has portable a/c unit, heater and fan; keeps the room comfortable. Shower is very nice. Sink stand needs a little repair, got a nice wood splinter in the hand, but no big deal. It was clean and had body soap, shampoo and conditioner. No hair dryer. Two items that would enhance this room would be a closet you can hang clothes in. It has two gym type lockers only. The other would be a mini fridge, just……

“The house was spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The only downsides were the grill had not yet been replaced so we had to bring our own and towels needed to be washed, dried, and put in a hamper that I was unable to locate before you left. The property is peaceful but close enough to Bloomington to go out to eat. If you are planning a trip to lake Monroe it is an excellent home base.”

“We were in town for a family wedding. The Nest was a great place to stay. Walkable to town, shops and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable and a nice space to gather. ”

“Stayed overnight and the room was great and had everything we needed. ”

“It was a wonderful weekend….plenty of space and beautiful trees at the back of the house. Great porch w fire pit large enough for our big group. We’d stay there again in a minute and next time we’ll cram into 4 cars as instructed so that we can avoid the neighbors’ posting no parking signs on our cars on the street. 4 cars or fewer folks and this is the spot!!!”
