“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walk to the seafront, really convenient to visit Normandy landings and WW2 locations and museums. Staff were very friendly and accommodating - we will be coming back”
