“Host allowed us to check-in an hour early. The main headline of this property — and the “popular amenities” section — highlights a hot tub, which was one of the main reasons we booked. I understand that things can break unexpectedly, but the hot tub issue was only disclosed one day before arrival (and only after I asked about it). By that time, rebooking wasn’t an option. What made the situation disappointing was not the breakdown itself, but the host’s dismissive and rude response when I asked……

“Kitchen had a variety of spices, quality utensils, baking pans, frying pans, etc. Keurig. Real wine and champagne glasses and a wine opener. Steak knives and tongs that actually grab and hold your food.Bedrooms stocked hangers and dressers. Beds topped with cozy comforters. Pillows are flat, so if you need something thicker, you may want to bring your own. Mattresses are firm and comfortable.Bathrooms supplied with TP and plenty of thick towels.
