“Nice looking, good amenities, comfortable and spacious room, easy parking. We enjoyed the coffee bar and lounge area with complimentary beverages. Our only complaints are the swimming pool temperature and the hot tub being out of service which we were looking forward to using. The parking fee seemed hidden and unnecessary as there was plenty of parking seeming to just be a way to up charge the fees. ”

“This is not the Ritz. But if you need a decent place to stay for a reasonable price this the place. Most times when you travel alone all you’re looking for is a comfortable bed with clean sheets and a shower that works well. Totally fills the bill. I’ve stayed here probably 10 times. I keep coming back so they’re doing something right. Plus the staff is amazing”

“A historic hotel, excellent proximity to walkable restaurants and shops. I enjoy the two separate bedrooms for my family. I would have been happier with a less-saggy mattress (bed comfort weighs heavily in my ratings). Bathroom and linens were clean. Shower squealed during use. This is an excellent and affordable waypoint between Tahoe and the SF Bay.”

“Basic room with kitchenette, not at all fancy but clean. Comfy bed with pillows that were too big and hurt our necks, but that’s just personal preference. Property is quirky cute with chairs for sitting outside, a dart board and poo bags for the dog. We loved that they are very dog friendly.”
