“Overall the property and the host is lovely and we had a good stay. Positives: Location was ideal for our needsAccomodation is very spacious and well equipped. Mostly very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful view Negatives:The driveway is very steep and can get slippery in the wet. There was a system error on the Stayz app sync with the ABNB calendar meaning there was a double booking for half the stay. We had to cancel half our booking. This was disappointing however Grant was proactive in reaching……

“We had a brilliant few days in Murrays Bay staying here while visiting family nearby. So much space and very comfortable with everything we needed (and more!). The welcome basket was lovely and there was an extra special touch of an Easter egg hunt for our two daughters, which they thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we are back to visit.”

“This was a terrible experience. I had booked this room for a week. I traveled from the US to visit family and when I tried to check in the told me the rooms had been over booked and it was unavailable. Although it was fully paid for. Their only solution was for myself and my 2 toddlers to stay at another of their locations 50 minutes away!!!! Other than that, nothing they could do. Hotels.com wasn’t any help either, after being on the phone for over an hour I was disconnected and then unable to……
