“10/10 stay. Came for my 30th birthday with 14 friends. The house was just as it was listed. Beautiful architecture and interior design. Everything was in close distance either Downtown Miami or South Beach. We attended local music events and it was easy to get to all the main clubs. House is exactly like listed, and communication by host was great. ”

“My friends and I rented the house for our spring break, and we had a very enjoyable week. The house was in a great location, being only a 10-minute drive to Hollywood Beach and a 25-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale. We parked in the Margaritaville parking garage, located right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, which was only 3/hour. The neighborhood itself was great, as we felt safe all week. “We absolutely loved our stay. Leo was incredibly responsive anytime we reached out. The pool is PERFECT! Short trip to the beach and excitement. Mom/dad, 2 kids, and grandma each had their own room, which was needed after being in a small cruise cabin for a week prior! If we ever make it back, we would 100% stay here again.”

“This is a nice stay with a great location. Very responsive with questions. Mosquitoes were so bad, requested to have someone come spray if possible. They had someone there that morning. I guess June/July is when they are the worst. They were so bad even after spraying we could hardly sit out at night. It’s my only complaint but not much we could do there. Not their fault! It was a nice stay!”

“We had a great stay overall. Being on the lake with access to kayaks was wonderful. My 13 year old was on the lake a lot kayaking and fishing. It is a townhome, so you do share walls with neighbors. Didn't have a problem until the last night there, when the next door renters were super loud in the middle of the night.
