“I originally chose this location since I was going to use the light rail but plans changed and I rented a car. In any case, the neighborhood is very nice, the accommodations were great and the host was very communicative. Would choice this spot again!!”

“The place was so cute and very cozy, we felt totally at home and could live there Very close to downtown and pubs, groceries and not a far drive to some beaches and parks. Definately will stay here again someday. Oh and back porch area was so nice to soak up some much needed rays ”

“The place was exceptionally clean when we arrived - had no trouble getting in - our flight was very late getting in so keyless was very helpful. It was definitely a home away from home, and close to everything in a great neighborhood. We will be coming back to Seattle regularly to see our kids and grandkid in Beacon Hill - this is where we will stay if availanle! Beregularlythiagain”

“My husband, son, and I were meeting our son and his girlfriend who were on their college spring break. Vincent's place was the perfect size for our group of five. We did many touristy activities while in Seattle, and the property wasn't a far drive from anything. It was clean and the Nespresso pods were a bonus! We found the family room furniture to be uncomfortable, but again, were weren't trying to spend all our time at the property, as we had sights to see and activities to do!”

“This is quaint home that has a lot of character! It is updated, clean and family game night friendly! Very spacious which is amazing! The location is great! It seemed everything we wanted to visit in Seattle was, at most, a mere 15 minute drive away! I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for the great stay!”
