“This flat had some things a business client would need in a self contained property, but the kitchen lacked some essentialslike and chopping board etc. However, post covid, i was surprised to see the unnecessary decorative items still laying about that others can touch etc. The property has some wear and tear issues that should be addressed, but nothing to stop you from staying here.”

“We stayed five nights in the apartment. The standout feature of the property is its central location. Nearly the whole of the city center is within an easy 1/2 mile walk. We had driven to Bath assuming that a car would be necessary. Street parking in the neighborhood is virtually impossible, but a large car park is less than five minutes walk if you don't mind a 19 pound overnight charge. We turned-in our rental car on our second day in town and relied on walking or Bath's very good Uber……

“Place is advertised for 8 people and it cannot simply accommodate such number. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two fold out beds in the living room, of which one is broken and cannot be used as a bed. Many things in the property require fixing, my wife got locked in the bathroom as the door handle came out when she was inside (it was later fixed during our stay). Close to many attractions yet quiet at night. 2 mins to the rugby grounds and I was able to get a ticket to the final game of the regular season, had a great time.Our only caution would be that the flat is on the fourth level of an old Georgian building with many windows so during the day it can get very warm.
