“This was a fun property to stay at with a great pub attached and a lovely cafe/breakfast area for guests with delicious breakfast choices. The location was super handy for walking to all the Bath attractions. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating was that our room faced the street and it was very noisy with passing trucks.”

“We had to give up with the shower. We had been working in Bath and we were both in need of a shower. The water wouldn't heat up. My daughter returned to the bar where we had checked in and a young lady behind the bar said that she would try to reboot it. 10 minutes later still only luke warm. Same 20 minutes after that and we were so tired by then that we had a wash and went to bed. ”

“A lovely Inn with a newly remodeled rooms. The rooms face inward toward the quiet grass courtyard. The pub has delicious food including breakfast. ”

“Superb staff saved the day for this property The internal condition of the hotel and our room were lovely - but the external renovations are making the reception to room experience pretty horrible. Once these external works are completed all should be well I rate highly the door guys, bar staff and restaurant team (fantastic food) The reception staff fall short and are not helping at all with the issues arising from the renovation.”

“Located in the beautiful Cotswolds lies this accommodation. Run by incredibly friendly people. Parking was easy. The room we rented was spaciou and well maintained. Especially considering the building is quite old. It’s not a hotel. You’re staying in somebody’s house. Entering through a side entrance, passing eggs for sale. Having to remove your outdoor shoes when going upstairs. It all adds to the experience of what’s it like living there. We had a great time and definitely recommend staying……
