“Whatley Manor is a beautiful property with excellent staff but a bit questionable management. 1. You are grandly directed to drive through castle like doors that open as you approach. However when you dive in, you are greeted by a “What Door do you Choose” option. There are 5 doors to choose from, NONE have any markings. “基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。”

“Second time I've stayed here, only issue is breakfasts seem to be a bit disorganised; both times I've stayed here, I've been forgotten! Having said that, every staff member is super friendly, and super helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I'm in the area at least once a month for work, so I'll continue to stay here, as the bed, breakfast and dinner deal is great value and keeps our accounts dept happy! Just don't forget me at breakfast! 🙂”

“Beautiful property for couples or singles. Would not recommend for children. Charged 7.5 pounds for each 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 year olds for breakfast. Location is good, food was good. Our room on the top floor might be a bit hot in warm weather. Opening window let in mosquitos.”
