“This property was cute and easy to locate. There is enough parking for at least 2-3 vehicles. It's a quick trip into Frankenmuth or Clio.Things to be aware of when renting this property: If you are traveling with someone with limited mobility there are 3-4 stairs to climb to get into the house once you enter the entryway. All of the couches are located in the loft so options for sitting down on the 1st floor are either the dining room chairs or a bed. The owner shows this in the photos so there……

“We were in town for our son’s wedding and the morning of, the wedding party decided there wasn’t room for the guys to get ready at the venue. We ended up taking “home” the clothes for 8 men to iron and prep and then they all came to your place to get dressed. It worked out great and I was so happy to be able to do it. Thanks for the great amenities so that we could. ”

She has recently updated living room furniture, washer dryer & quilts for the bed. This is our favorite place & Betty is so accommodating. You won’t regret booking this place!! ”

“Accommodations support lots of activity such as fishing, outside and inside games. It’s clean and fairly private. Recommend for bigger groups. Also like the hot tub, always working and clean for a good soak at the end of the days activities!”

“Very relaxing place to stay. Nine of us from 18 years to 70 years, we all enjoyed walking around and visiting with the animals. The star of the show was certainly Tina, the goat. She visited the front porch often. If we weren’t there to give her immediate attention, she would often just relax in the chair till we got there. We also walked back to the water a couple times. Saw several deer and a bench to watch the water. Clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for fixing meals. ”

We also liked the location-- a nice quiet little town with a couple restaurants within walking distance and easy driving out to Frankenmuth and other locations for daily activities. “Four college friends and families have gotten together at different places in the country (20 of us) over the last 12 years. Our stay here at Lake Nepessing had the best view by a long shot. Walking out from the basement bedroom feels like an infinity pool seeing straight out the storm door into the lake. All three levels have unbelievable balconies. (The top one is attached to the bedroom.) The lake was amazing. Super clear for Stand up Paddle Boarding and wide open for water skiing/……

“This was the perfect getaway for our family! All three generations thoroughly enjoyed this cabin. It’s thoughtfully appointed throughout. The kitchen was a joy for making breakfast each day. (This area is abundant in getting fresh farm-to-table eggs and veggies. We hope to come back some day. ”
