“Very cute, comfortable, welcoming space! Felt very homey and the yard was great for the dogs. The location was good for me as it was close to a class that I was in town for... but otherwise the neighborhood wasn't all that great, a bit rough around the edges. The biggest complaint we had were the mosquitos... sure, it's summer in Charleston, but the mosquitos and flies out on the deck seemed excessive. Seems that a pest treatment of the yard is needed, and/or a screened in porch on the deck!……

“Location was great for discovering Park Circle and downtown Charleston. Neighborhood was on the lower socioeconomic side. House itself was remodeled and there is reserved parking right out front. Enjoyed the board games. Lots of restaurants in Park Circle and it’s only a 5 min drive.”

“Very small and quaint. A little smaller than i expected but overall very nice. It was very clean and Allen was very easy to communicate and deal with!:) i would definetely recommend staying here especially if you only need somewhere to sleep as there is very little couch space for just sitting around! But i would recommend them:) ”

“Very cute with everything we needed for a 3-day festival stay. Comfy bed, nice linens and towels, good seating options including a chair in the bedroom. Easy thermostat control and a sweetly stocked kitchen. Nice street with cool neighbors and a quick walk to the N Charleston Main Street area with tons of restaurants and bars. We didn't even feel a need to drive into historic Charleston for anything. Would absolutely stay here again.”
