“The place was exactly as described in the listing and owner comments. The neighborhood didn't look so nice but the room itself seemed nicely tucked away and safe. Inside, it was a very cute little place that was great for two people. The AC units and dehumidifier kept the temperature excellent! Admittedly the bed was fairly uncomfortable, but the host was very responsive and I'm sure if we had asked they would have accomodated somehow. “There were a number of things about this trip that were great! Chris was great about communicating and any questions I had were answered within 10 mins. THe check-in and check-out process couldn't have been any easier than they were. The house is quite comfortable. Beds were SOOOO comfortable! The rooms were spacious and SPOTLESS! There was 3" of snow and ice everywhere, so I'm not able to comment on the yard, but it's fenced and was great for our visit that included two small dogs. The……

“This accommodation was perfect for us. We were a party of 3, with our dog. The duplex was squeaky clean, and all basic needs were supplied. We especially liked the spacious grassed area around the property, where we could exercise our very active dog! The property is 15 minutes from downtown Charleston which was very convenient.
