“We loved our stay! It was better than a hotel for so many reasons. In perfect condition, clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed, bathrooms were stocked with shampoos and soap (I was concerned since it wasn't a hotel ) Easy location - still needed to drive or Uber to town, but quick to get there. Courtyard was perfect for a small gathering and drinks outside. We came with family for our daughter's graduation but will surely be back for a vacation. Only……

“The location was perfect. It was close to Hwy 17 to drive to surrounding sites, and walkable to the historic sites in town. I originally thought we would be able to park both our cars there, but even though it seemed like there was room, we were instructed to park one car in a local garage.”

“Very clean and remodeled house! Had the entire downstairs with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and an extra living area with a fold out futon. Private parking that is hidden from the road which is very rare in this area with two spots available!A block from king street which has tons of night life. Within 1-1 1/2 miles walking distance to the historic district, right off meeting street which has great restaurants and not far from market street with local shopping! A great stop on the way to waterfront park!……

“The property managers were great and got us checked in early when requested. The check in process was quick and easy. The property was pretty clean except the shower rod and curtain were kinda gross and rusted - definitely should’ve been changed a long time ago, and appliances like fridge and stove seemed older. The neighborhood didn’t seem like it was in the best area but overall good deal for the property. ”

“We had an amazing stay. The living and kitchen areas had plenty of seating so our family could gather and be together. Parking is at a premium. There is only 1 parking spot at this location and it was very difficult to find additional parking without paying a ton. There is a parking lot 50ft from this property that charges 25/day. The parking expires at midnight so the fee gets charged again. All of the surrounding streets require a resident parking permit.”
