“This bungalow was perfect for my small family while visiting family. It was the cleanest rental I have stayed in. The beds were comfortable, which is important to me. The hosts were quick to communicate and answer any questions. They live on property, so we interacted and were extremely nice! We will be staying again next time we are in Charleston. ”

“My wife and I booked an extended stay at Teri's property, and it's a fabulous little rental property (30 day+ rental term applies). Teri is a superb owner, - attentive and responsive during our entire stay. Teri and Tyler looked after every detail: professionally clean, with a well-stocked kitchen, high-end linens and towels, great shower, high-end washer/dryer, and even a pair of beach chairs with beach towels. “I'm probably being extremely picky. The place was nice. Homeowner used some space off of his garage. Entered through his personal garage. I did t like that his belongings were not secured. I wouldn't take anything, but I just felt weird walking through someones garage. Everything was clean and as described. For the living quarters. A bit smaller than expected, but it served the purpose we needed, which was a nights sleep. ”

“ The GM & owner are very nice. Our room was missing some of the needed kitchen items but they were very quick to replace the things that were not there. We were a bit disappointed when our room was not cleaned the one time they said they would clean it during our week stay. They should at least sweep/vacuum the floors, empty garbage twice during a week stay and replenish toilet paper. All in all, we do recommend staying here. It is a newer place and felt safe staying here.”

“We booked our room last minute for a one night stopover from wintering in Florida. What a great room which actually was a well fitted 1 bedroom apt. So clean. Such nice amenities. We even had a secure parking spot with our bikes. Great location, a few blocks from King street. Would love to return!! ”
